Warranty:

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS.
  1. One-year limited warranty applies to all aftermarket replacement parts. Distributors, Strut, AC compressor & Radiators come with a one-year warranty for exchange only. Catalytic Converters are final sale with no warranty coverage. Headlamp and taillamp LENS AND HOUSING are covered by our limited warranty, but headlamp and taillamp bulbs are not included in the price and have no warranty.
  2. Return Restricted Items flagged as such on the shop page are final sale with no return accepted and no warranty coverage. Any physical damages must be reported to Z-One driver or warehouse staff at the time of pickup or delivery.
B. The following items and conditions are not covered by the limited warranty.
  1. Cost of labor required to remove and install repaired or exchanged parts.
  2. Cost of labor required to remove and install repaired or exchanged parts.
  3. Loss due to improper installation of parts.
  4. Shipping & handling, border fees, and other additional costs.
  5. Normal wear and tear, except when actual breakdown occurs due to inherent manufacturing faults
  6. Damage caused by modification or use of parts not originally designed for.
  7. Parts used for competitive driving, racing, or commercial purposes.
  8. Failure of parts not covered by this limited warranty within the engine.
  9. Repairs performed without prior authorization from Z-One Auto Parts.
  10. Loss caused by defective timing belt.
C. SALES CONDITIONS.
  1. Deposit is non-refundable.
  2. Orders cannot be cancelled if already shipped.
  3. 5% cancellation fee applies to unshipped orders.
  4. Images on the website and other platforms are samples, not actual product pictures.
  5. This limited warranty replaces all other expressed warranties of Z-One Auto Parts.
  6. Z-One Auto Parts is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
D. RETURNS POLICY:
  1. Original sales receipt or order/invoice number must accompany all returns.
  2. Undamaged parts returned within 30 days may be credited at management's discretion.
  3. No credit given for parts returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
  4. Damaged parts must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  5. Returns beyond 30 days or without proper labeling will not be accepted.
  6. No credit for altered, edged, damaged, or painted parts.
  7. Unused parts must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition for full credit.
  8. Returns will be posted as store credit within the next business day.
  9. Returns require a signed RMA, which is valid for 10 days.
  10. Parts will be inspected upon return, and missing parts will be charged to the customer
  11. If the returned item does not belong to Z-One Auto Parts, it will be returned at the customer's cost.
E. CLAIM PROCEDURE.
